Monitoring
Starting at 3:37 PM (US Eastern), campaigns began sending in real-time and we began resending delayed campaigns. We expect that all remaining delayed campaigns will be sent within the next 90 minutes. Transactional flow messages were not impacted by this incident. However, non-transactional flows scheduled to send between 12:22 -15:26ET were not delivered and will not be replayed to avoid untimely messages.

As of 3:37 PM (US Eastern), the issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. All delayed campaigns will be resent.

We are currently experiencing delays of up to an hour when sending email, SMS, and push notifications as of 12:30 PM (US Eastern) on April 1, 2025. We are actively investigating the issue to restore real-time sending.
